Marie is an innovative business leader with over 40 years of teaching/leadership experience in the education and small business environment. As cofounder of Aquarian Networks Corp (1991), Marie demonstrated her strong entrepreneurial principles by building an award-winning renovation company.
As CEO (2012 – 2019), Marie nurtured a corporate culture where excellence, craftsmanship and leadership thrived, propelling Aquarian Renovations to become one of the premium home renovators in the Edmonton Region. As principal of Aquarian Networks Corp, Marie focused on Business Development and providing leadership within the building industry and is a life-long brand ambassador for Aquarian Renovations. Marie is a founding member of the WPO (Woman’s Presidents Organization – Edmonton Chapter), an active member in the Synergy Business Network and is currently Director of Growth with the Global Institute for Evolving Women (GIFEW), an international platform for education, entrepreneurship and leadership for women.
